Artist's Comments
I realized the other day, after a series of things, that it's been a long time since I've drawn something with emotion. I like drawing the fun pictures, but I got this feeling that I needed to exercise the heart muscle some.
It started as a sketch, and then became an experiment in using openCanvas. It was a lot of fun to do, and I really think it turned out pretty well. I hope you all like it.  It was inspired by the song Heartbeats, by Jose Gonzales (Originally written by 'The Knife' I'm told, but this version seems to fit the mood of the picture better ^_^). It's a really beautiful tune that just sets the mind at ease.
